We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Paypal). Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information are incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped. Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Verification and Shipping
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact your directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes.
Shipping & Delivery
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 2-7 business days for delivery for domestic packages. International shipments can take anywhere from 6-30 business days depending on the shipping method chosen at check out and the shipping information.
Tracking Your Order
An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email. You will have your order information and tracking number in your account page.
Duties, Customs and VAT
International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes.
These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.
*If you refuse a shipment from Vizn Clothing, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Vizn Clothing. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be credited. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Vizn Clothing. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
