Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During new collection launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased demand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

UK Shipping

We currently offer the following delivery options:

• Fully tracked service

Royal Mail Tracked 24

• Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days
• Fully tracked service

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date it was placed.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to selected countries.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

If you haven’t received your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

VIZN cannot be held responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work with trusted delivery partners, occasional delays can happen.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we’ll work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue. We will always do our best to resolve any delivery problems as quickly as possible.
